Our experienced team will handle all aspects of the installation, including securing the tent to the ground, installing any necessary equipment, and ensuring that the tent is stable and secure. Additionally, we offer break down services with all of our tent rentals.

A.The rental fee for a tent typically includes the tent itself, installation and takedown services, basic lighting and ventilation. Additional accessories, such as flooring, tables linens or decorative lighting, may be available for an additional fee.
Q. How far in advance should I reserve a tent for my event?
A.We recommend reserving a tent as soon as possible to ensure availability for your event. Ideally, you should reserve a tent at least a 2-4 weeks in advance. 4-6 weeks during peak season (May-September).
Q. Do you offer any accessories, such as lighting or flooring, with your tent rentals?
A.Yes, we offer a range of accessories to enhance your tent rental, including lighting, flooring, heating and cooling equipment, and decor. We can also provide tables, chairs, and other furniture to complete your event setup.

A.If there is bad weather on the day of your event, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Depending on the severity of the weather, we may need to take additional precautions or adjust the setup of the tent to ensure the safety and comfort of your guests.
